Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges


James River Armory, Inc. (hereafter "JRA") will, in most cases, accept returned products for a refund within 14 days of receipt by a customer, IF PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM JRA. Purchases from any other dealer or distributor are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.


Exchanges are made solely at the discretion of JRA. Please contact us in advance to discuss.

Non-firearm items can be returned if they are unused, un-altered, and in the same packaging that they shipped in.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses, and returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Customers must submit proof of purchase and request a Return Authorization number.

To return an item:

1) First, contact JRA at, for a Return Authorization number. Items sent in without an RA number will be refused, and sent back to the customer without notice or liability.

2) Pack all the items in the original packing, if available; if not, pack securely to avoid damage during return shipping. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets. Customers MUST include their contact information, including name, address, phone number email address, and RA number.

3) Write the RA number on the outside of the package you are shipping.

4) Attach a copy of the sales receipt. The refund will be made in the same manner payment was received.

Cancellations can be made prior to shipment. After shipment, the transaction is subject to the 20% re-stocking fee, as above.
