This is a Richmond Razeed Rifle built from a model 1861 Springfield. Richmond Armory utilized captured Springfield muskets to produce a 33” barrel mounted infantry rifle. The JRA version is built from an original 1863 Robinson contract and is fully restored with all metal repolished and the stock repaired and refinished. The barrel has a Hoyt 1-60 7 groove liner. N-SSA approved. Richmond pinched front sight that is dovetailed to the barrel and left uncontoured.
