This is a used Euroarms P53 Enfield. We have rebuilt this with our “defarb” process. Stock has been correctly reshaped and finished in a traditional oil finish. Lower and middle bands have been replaced with the correct style. The lock screw eschutchens have been replaced with the correct style. The sling swivels have been replaced with original parts. A new lock plate which is correctly marked has been added. The bore on this musket is good, however there is some roughness in the breach area. Musket has had the barrel and bands polished as this was typical of Civil War service for uniformity with the issued Springfield muskets.
