The Whitney Militia rifle has been one of our most popular Skirmish builds for the past 15 years. This is one of the last ones we can produce since the rear sight is no longer available. Originals of this model were made in very small quantities and tended to be sold to the Southern states just prior to the start of the Civil War. Hoyt barrel 7 groove 1-60 rifling.
