This is a restored original model 1861 built at Bridesburg PA in 1862. Overall in very nice condition there is some minor pitting on the lock plate and barrel breech area. The barrel has been relined by Hoyt with 3 groove 1-66 progressive depth rifling. Great example of the standard issued musket during the civil war.
