This is an original model 1861 Providence Tool Company musket that we rebuilt into the 33” Richmond Razeed configuration. This model was originally intended for issue to the mounted infantry. This musket features a Hoyt liner with 1-60 7 groove rifling in .577 caliber. There is light pitting on the barrel and lock plate.Very popular for the N-SSA Musket match, this rifle is very accurate. Tall uncontoured dovetailed front sight. N-SSA APPROVED
